This is the middle of January. How to keep your holiday plants

Hi to all my gardening friends.
Well now that the Holidays are over you are now wondering what to do with your
Holiday plants. Well for the Poinsettia you want the plant after flowering to dry out and start to go dormant. The plant should be cut back and kept dry with a temperature of 50-55 degrees for several weeks. Then in May they are pruned to
within 6-8 inches of the soil and are started into growth again by being watered and kept in a warm, sunny greenhouse. Tried this and send me a email to my blog and let me know how you are doing with taking care of your Poinsettias after they bloom.
Take care and happy gardening
