Stonehead Cabbage
How to grow Stonehead Cabbage
Full Sun
Medium
Position in a full sun location and remember to water moderately. Keep in mind when planting that Stonehead is thought of as hardy, so it can be safe to leave outdoors for the majority of winter (although if in doubt, using a row cover is often a good idea). A soil ph of between 6.0 and 7.5 is ideal for Stonehead as it does best in weakly acidic soil - weakly alkaline soil. Stonehead Cabbage is a great cabbage to grow for the beginner gardener as well as the experience gardener anyone can grow this variety of cabbage.
